RETURN POLICY

U.S. / Domestic Orders:

Ensuring your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase! If, for any reason, your order doesn't meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

To start the return or exchange process, kindly follow these steps:

  2. Safely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, if available, and include the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  3. Clearly indicate the order number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the following address:

Please take note of the following guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
